What data we collect

When you fill in the request form we collect your full name, phone number, email, business name and message (if provided), the service you're interested in and your preferred consultation method. We also record the page you sent the request from and, where present, the parameters of the advertising campaign that brought you here.

Why we use it

We use this data only to contact you, answer your request and prepare a proposal if needed. The legal basis is your request and the consent you give by submitting the form.

Advertising and measurement

Only if you accept marketing cookies do we use Meta tools (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our ads. In that case some data may be shared with Meta in encrypted form. If you reject them, nothing is shared.

Who we share it with

Data is handled through technical providers that help us run the website and receive requests (website hosting, database, email delivery). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
